Really one of the best experiences for purchasing a new mattress. We were able to compare different firmness and were given good, objective information to help sort through the typical manufacturer's claims and hype. We made a decision, we're given plenty of time to compare without the usual hovering we have come to expect from prior experiences, and we just took delivery exactly when promised. Excellent!

I was wanting a box spring for my mattress to get it off the floor and I spoke with Trey, over the phone, who helped me find a boxspring and pay for it online. He even had a coupon applied so I received a great discount. Delivery was free! Then I realized I needed a frame too. So I called him back and after we talked, he recommended a raised metal platform frame, which didn’t require a boxspring. This is exactly what I needed but didn’t know they existed. Trey was so helpful and patient with me. I even received a refund as it was less expensive. This was a super easy purchase and smooth transaction. Trey was so professional and friendly. I would highly recommend working with him. Great customer service.
