We worked with Monica and she was great every step of the way. She stuck by our side while trying beds and was very informative and patient. She is truly a sleep expert! Also, there were great promotions going on. I shopped around and Mattress Firm had the best deal around for the mattress and adjustable base we chose. I would highly recommend seeing Monica if your current mattress is causing you fatigue or pain on a daily basis like ours was. Great experience!

Exceptional experience. Adam was excellent. Made us feel welcomed but without a salesmans pitch, but still very informative too. I visited the Mattress Firm store to decide on a mattress and was so impressed with Dulce. She listened to my needs and budget and guided me to the mattress I decided to purchase. The delivery was scheduled for the following day and I was so impressed with them also. Was called with a time and they arrived exactly when told and set up my mattress. I just slept one night so far but love it. Would definitely recommend Mattress Firm to my friends.
