We were at Mattress Firm today and got a great deal on a super comfortable mattress. Valerie the salesperson was the best and did not try to upsell us or pressure Us in any way and it was an absolute pleasure dealing with her and I would recommend her highly to anyone who comes there. I can't believe how comfortable the new mattresses are and it was an eye-opening experience for me having been sleeping on an older mattress for many years. It is a purchase well worth it!

We had an excellent experience buying a medium priced mattress at mattress firm. Our sales person Valerie is very experienced and let us choose the right mattress for us without any high pressure techniques whatsoever. You Can Tell She's a real Pro and knows her work. For anyone who has been sleeping on an old mattress like I have, it's an eye-opening experience to see how comfortable the new ones are.

Originally met with Mark to help us pick out a mattress, did a great job, helped us pick the perfect mattress in 10 minutes!! He was super friendly and nice and did not pressure us to spend more or buy anything extra. The next day we went and met with Delshon to finalize the purchase. Again he was super friendly and did not pressure us to buy anything more than we wanted!
