She took the time to explain all our options and the differences in mattresses versus pricing. Our mattress is scheduled to be delivered in 2 weeks, and we're excited about getting a new bed!

AMAZING staff! Donna and her associates have all been amazing, even when I needed to swap a set of mattresses to one that was in stock after ordering in another state. The shipper/warehouse didn't set up delivery properly and Donna jumped right on it to ensure that the issue was rectified for me. While I wasn't particularly pleased with the shipper/delivery person who refused to try and help rectify the issue on site, I am definitely a fan for life because of the service provided by the store staff and next time we need mattresses, this will be where I/we go! Thank you, Mattress Firm for having amazing staff, not only in Puyallup, WA, where we made our original purchase, but also here in Morristown, TN! Edit 10/14/2022. Here I am, back a year later, but only because I wanted to upgrade to a King size now that we have settled in to our new house. I stopped into the Morristown shop and worked with Tonya H. Let me say…AMAZING! She helped me with options and got me in and out in about 30-40 minutes. We are scheduled for delivery on a day that works for my family. She’s definitely my go-to the next time we need a new bed (again)! Thank you, Tonya!

The lady at the Morristown TN store was great, very helpful and really took her time to make sure we got what we wanted/needed. I chose to go to the ware house for pickup we arrived at 9:56 and the guy said we don't load until 10:00. The lady at the store told me they would help me load it onto my truck, but they didn't. They set it on the dock and I had to do everything else myself. They experience from start to finish was OK, I would suggest getting it delivered though, I was on time constraints is why I chose to get it myself.
