Our visit to the Medical Center Pkwy store was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time thanks to Cooper Thomason. I came in for a box spring, and after talking to Cooper, I realized my mattress would never be comfortable, with or without a box spring. I found a more comfortable mattress and it was delivered two days later with no problems.
