Zach was awesome to work with! Super knowledgeable and very helpful. He was able to help me pick out a mattress and get me set up for delivery within two days (the bed I wanted was in stock). Would definitely recommend this store. Great customer service and a wide variety of solid options to choose from.

Derrick was extremely knowledgeable and customer oriented. He effortlessly managed more than one customer at a time and made me feel like I was the only one in the store. I thought I knew what I wanted when I arrived , but, Derrick helped me decide on a bed that I believe fit my needs better. I was so impressed with Derrick that when I went back the second time and didn’t see him I was going to come back another day.

I am eternally grateful to Stephen and the entire team here at Mattress Firm. My mother was discharged suddenly from the hospital and required an adjustable bed to keep her elevated. Stephen got us a bed the same day, delivery in 2 days. Even when the delivery forgot a part for the base of the bed, Stephen personally delivered the required part so my mom had her bed ready for her when she came home. This was so much more than a mattress. This was helping me take care of my mom. Thank you for everything.
