Ryan was very knowledgeable about all the beds in the Bee Cave Mattress Firm store. He was friendly and personable. He was low key and did not pressure us to buy a more expensive mattress than the one we chose. We got a great deal because of the Labor Day sale and financing was quick and easy.

Incredible Service! We purchased a Queen PURPLE Mattress from DEAN at this Mattress Firm. He was very personable, really listened to what we needed, and got things done quickly. FIVE STARS FOR DEAN!! We realized later that we needed a base headboard bracket (because we bought the base originally without a headboard, and later purchased one). We found one online, and I called this store to see if they could get it faster. AMELIA was incredibly professional, again listened well, and acted quickly. She gave me a quote, and when I told her it was less expensive online, she looked into the issue. She recognized the error, and offered the newer model at the same price, arriving in just a couple of days! ALSO, FIVE STARS!! Great teamwork at this place, professional people who really care and make this easy!!

I just bought a mattress for the first time in an embarrassingly long time, and had such a smooth and easy experience.
