I have not yet received my box springs yet, but I can tell you that Laurie was amazing. I told her what I wanted to purchase, she said they had it and that we could take care of the transaction over the phone. The process was very easy. I am now waiting on a call to set up a time for them to deliver my product tomorrow at no charge. Can’t beat that! Thank you Laurie for being so kind and helpful. So far amazing service!!! I love mattress firm. I bought quite a few mattresses from them. And this is the reason why. I needed to buy a mattress quickly for a guest bedroom (surprise guests) and they were able to find me the perfect one quickly at the most perfect price point for my budget. Walked in and let the kind gentleman know what mattress we needed for our 3 yr old baby girl so we got a good quality twin foam and he even gave us a good discount to help us out. Enjoyed the visit so much me and my wife are going back soon to upgrade our mattress. Very happy customer here! :)

We bought a king mattress and a queen mattress. Got a great July 4 deal. Paul was our salesman and he was very polite kind and very knowledgeable of the mattresses. We spent about 45 minutes in the store going over different products. Couldn’t have asked for a better person to work with than Paul. He was very personal and we connected very well with him. I would recommend asking for Paul if you decide to buy a new mattress from Mattress Firm.
