Karen really made this a positive shopping experience. We brought our 4 yo who behaved well, but still did some 4 yo things, and Karen was super sweet to him. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the different mattresses and the different types of mattresses that go along with different sleep styles. Overall, our experience was great, and we were surprised at how quickly they’d be able to deliver our new mattress. I highly recommend Mattress Firm and especially our sales rep, Karen.

I was really fortunate to work with Karen, the store manager. She was wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable. I had a hard time deciding a mattress but she was patient and helpful while helping me with all the options. Finally she helped me pick a mattress that suited me. Her customer service was amazing and I will strongly recommended Karen if you need a mattress. Many thanks to her and Mattress Firm!

I didn't think I could afford to buy a mattress from a "mattress store" but I was desperate so I went in anyway. I was also leery of salespeople trying to upscale me but I worries went away almost instantly. You have a wonderful team at that store. Karen was fantastic. She was busy but still able to take care of me. She was just a delight! She listened , wasn't pushy but asked enough questions to figure out what I needed. She heard me when I told her my limited budget and worked it where I got what I needed and before I left, I felt like we where best friends! The guys were laughing and having fun while they worked so the atmosphere was great. Please let the guys at the tollway and alpha rd store that they were all wonderful. Hats off to Karen for making my shopping experience so enjoyable and easy. Not only is she knowledge in her field but extremely pleasant and a blast to shop with. She takes her time in building rapport with her customers which as a fellow retail associate is something that I find extremely important. She also builds the value of the product while explaining why it would be a good investment. I slept in my new bed for the first time last night and as a 8-month pregnant women, I have never slept soooo good. She absolutely NAILED it. Lot of yummy home-cooked meals coming her way! :) Also, the delivery guys were amazing as well! communicative, quick and efficient. This location has such a well rounded team. KUDOS!
