He was very patient, didn't pressure us, very knowledgeable about all the products, and was able to answer all of our questions! Really enjoyed our shopping experience at this location. Jonathan was super helpful answering all of our questions and letting us shop around at our own pace. We feel like we got the best mattress for our needs and we were guided through our experience, not pushed around by an aggressive sales person. Highly recommend!

Pros: Went there today and Noah was super helpful! He helped me pick out a mattress with my budget and comfort level, explained in regards to my financing, and even got my delivery date set up quickly! I was able to lay on the test mattresses as well to see what would fit me comfort wise. Cons: the progressive leasing was missing some details when explained in store. I was charged a $1 and some change the day I did the plan (Thursday) but it wasn’t explained that the next day progressive leasing would draft $36 from my account. I was told the app updates my leasing in 24 hours but it’s been three days and it still has no leasing info for me on the app. I’ll have to contact progressive to get the info. Bought the mattress on Thursday and Friday was just going to pay it outright since I came into some extra money and to make sure I could I called the store that morning and was told by Noah I could pay it off before my first payment draft(which I thought would start on the next Friday when I got paid). After work when I went to pay it in full the rep in store didn’t know what I was talking about. I’m not sure what that was about but communication was kind of off with some things. Maybe I should’ve asked more questions.
