Matt was terrific. He was very knowledgeable and we did not feel pressured at all. We were able to talk about the issues we had with our current mattress, and he got us set up with a new one pretty quickly. Overall it was a great experience. Highly recommend.

I was referred here by a family member who alsk had a good experience. Our salesman, Matt, was polite and knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and never made us feel pressured. He showed us a diverse level of mattresses at various price points and gave us the pro/cons on each. He discussed ways to help us save money without us having to ask and didn't push for needless upgrades. I felt comfortable, informed, and free to make the best choice for my needs and budget. Definitely would shop here again.

Great work. Friendly and efficient and didn’t try to push any specific product. Got two new beds mattress covers and frames for my kids after moving into a new place. Delivery 2 days later was fast and hauled away old mattresses at no charge. And try the massage chair in the store while you wait. It’s worth a few extra minutes of your day.

It was extremely busy in the store when I arrived. There was only one salesperson there. He greeted me politely when I walked in and asked me a few questions to help him determine what I was looking for. He set me up for the body evaluation. He continued to help the other customers while I completed the evaluation. He was extremely knowledgeable and asked several questions to help me decide on the appropriate mattress for my needs. I was very impressed with his courtesy, his professionalism, and his ability to give me personal attention. He is an asset to the company. I will definitely refer my friends to that store. I will be a repeat customer.

I had visited the Mattress Firm store down on Hulen (Mattress Firm also owns Sleep Experts) and had a decent experience but wanted to comparison shop so I went to Sleep Experts and worked with Christopher there. He was deeply knowledgeable and earned my confidence. He helped me understand some of the key mechanics of how the newest generation of mattresses work so I could understand why they felt different from each other. He also helped me with some options that helped me save almost $1000. Very pleased with the service at Sleep Experts. Will buy more mattresses there for sure.
