I have been reading up on mattress options for a while now, trying to do my homework. I read excellent reviews of this particular store and decided to go in this morning. I appreciated my time spent with Samantha at narrowing down my choices to what will hopefully go a long way with allowing me a solid and comfortable night’s sleep. I appreciated being able to hear her expertise and experience with each mattress model/maker; I was able to learn quite a bit and I felt a level of comfort and trust with her. She listened to me and answered my questions. She gave me the time to consider my options, without any pressure. A bonus was the ability to schedule a quick delivery and full set up at a very reasonable price. I am very hopeful that this will be a good experience with many restful nights in the future! Many thanks to Samantha for her knowledge and supportive customer service approach.

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and felt welcomed by Samantha. She was taking care of another costumer and we patiently waited our turn. It gave us plenty of time trying out different mattresses on the showroom floor. We just came from another local competitor but wanted to complete our due diligence before making a decision. She was very patient and accommodating trying to figure out our perfect fit. We ended up falling in love with a mattress after at least 30 minutes of Samantha basically being a tour guide for us. I’m usually turned off by any kind of sales tactics but I’m glad we stopped in and were taken care of. We are expected to take delivery on the mattress soon and are both ecstatic!

Excellent service. Associate made sure that I was pleased with my mattress set and required accessories . Took the time to explain and make recommendations on quality and choices available for the set. Never feel rushed or pressed to buy. Thanks great team of associate sellers.
