Erik was my sales person. He guided us through every step of selecting a mattress. He took the time to explain the difference in each type of mattress and the good and bad points of each mattress. He didn't try to sell us any specific item. When were ready to buy he even worked to get us a better price. One of the best purchase experiences I've ever had.

Highly recommend! We a little trouble with the bed we bought (faulty bed) and they were so helpful and made it right immediately! Manufacturing is not under their control but customer service is and they’re definitely upholding their end!!! Everyone we talked to was great, but Erik was our fav!

We had a good education and demonstration of what it was we thought we were looking for. I mentioned I had hip replacements and Austin suggested we look at one more thing. The base that not only raises your head, but your feet as well. Zero gravity. THAT is exactly what we wanted and needed. What a great crew in the Granbury store. We will use them from now on for all our sleep needs. We also will recommend them for friends and family.
