Rusty welcomed us from the moment we arrived. He showed us a variety of great options and helped us pick the best king size mattress for us. He offered us cold water bottles on a hot Houston summer day. He also helped us get an adjustable base which is best for our needs! We also tried out some amazing pillows and ended up getting a great deal on those as well as bedding. Rusty provided outstanding customer service to my parents. We recommended this location specifically to our parents for their quality customer experience. Rusty was super patient and gave them detailed explanation on mattresses and brands. Rusty helped them pick their king size mattress, the mattress base, mattress protector, mattress covers and their amazing supreme cooling pillows. We will definitely go back for any future purchases. Moment i walked in to the store location I was greeted by Ken, and he made it feel welcoming and actually was super helpful in finding the mattress we were looking for. He was very patient and kind as well as very knowledgeable on the different types of mattresses and what the pros and cons were. Even though he had to leave early his partner Rusty was very helpful in stepping in and helping us deciding which mattress actually suited us. He made the buying process super easy and not at all stressful and the whole time there he was easy to talk to and actually super nice. This was my first time entering mattress firm and by far I actually enjoyed my time there. Would definitely recommend them to help you in your search for a new mattress.
