Dorien was helpful from start to finish. I let him know my price range and didn't feel pressured to purchase. I am so happy with my purchase and with my experience at Mattress Firm. My last 2 mattresses have been purchased through Mattress Firm and I will continue to shop with them. Delivery was also set up within a great time frame. Other places are 3 weeks out for delivery. I ordered on a holiday weekend and it was ready to be delivered the next business day.

Shawn my salesman was awesome. He only asked me once if I needed any help and then left me alone to browse. When I had a question he was readily available very professional and very friendly. The store was very clean and comfortable and had a great deal of inventory.

Went to Irving location & Dorien helped us. He was AMAZING! We walked in unsure of what we wanted (there’s SO many options!) He asked a few questions then recommended a Beautyrest model that wasn’t bad & then the Sleepy Hybrid. I looked through their website for hours the night before & was a little hesitant to look at anything hybrid. I was thinking a solid high end, traditional coil mattress but we layed on the firm hybrid & it was a perfect fit. I wanted medium & my other half prefers firm. The firm hybrid was a mix of both. Dorien also sold us on the base upgrade & gave us a good deal. We walked out very satisfied….. Oh & he was very quick & got us in & out. Less than an hour.
