Location was the main reason we went to this store and also we had purchased mattresses 2 times before. The sales person Sara Lewis was very knowledgeable about everything in the store and was eager to help us and very friendly she did everything she could to make sure we were satisfied with our purchases. There’s only one reason I did not give them five stars and that is because of the delivery the second time not the first time. I have a video that was too long to show here because I did not take pictures the video showed everything. I had even discussed with Sara about having a new carpet in my bedroom and that it was all solid black. When they got there they put the covers on their feet after they got out of the truck but when they enter the house they brought in all types of trash on the bottom of their feet it look like grass and bristles from pine tress and what ever all over the carpet all over in front of the bed all over on the side of the bed from the door all the way to the bathroom the video showed everything. I mentioned it to the gentleman before he left he said oh sorry about that I told him it looked like his paper cover on his shoe was torn or he had not taken the time to put it on all the way over his shoe, said oh thank you. Then he went to my husband and had him fill out the little sheet that rated their performance on the delivery. My husband gave them a 10 I would’ve given him a five. Fortunately everything was able to come up off the carpet from vacuuming and picking small pieces out of it. I advise you to be very very careful about your delivery check their feet or make them take their shoes off if you have new carpet or don’t want to have anything ruined accidentally.

Mitchell did an excellent job helping with the purchase of our mattress and base. He was extremely patient and encouraging while we tried one and then another and another several times and then back and forth across the store several more times. We also made several phone calls back and forth to home. He answered all our questions about each mattress. We are excited, and I know we’ll enjoy our new bed. We are looking forward to having it delivered next week.

I really appreciated the service I had here at Victory Lakes. All went very smoothly. I bought the DOSE 10”. My daughter has had very bad back/leg pain and only a soft mattress has alleviated her problem. The delivery was SUBERB🎉🎉 My hubby couldn’t take the mattress off her bed and they did. They also carried it to the garage for us. Then unrolled and placed the DOSE 10” on the bed. Thank you IMMENSELY FOR SUCH SUBERB SERVICE♥️

This is the 3rd mattress I’ve bought from this company. We’re very satisfied with their service. The 1st mattress was out of need and didn’t take time to really examine what we needed. 2nd mattress IS very good and really shows no wear~~but it’s too firm for our daughter. She had terrible leg and back pain and had to see her chiro for several weeks. There’s ABSOLUTELY NO FAULT with the mattress it’s just that she needed a softer one. This time she was with us and was able to lie down in it. She REALLY LIKED how comfortable it was to lie and move on. The other thing, I also needed one that wasn’t too heavy to lift to make the bed. This one is SUPER!!!
