Grant is exceptional!!! I went in today because my mattress is so old! He explained everything in great detail, offered plush mattress after going over my match process! Of course I'm the type of person that has to analyze everything before making a purchase. I have a feeling he and I will be in contact soon!!!

The sales person was courteous and kind. Once he starting interacting with me I felt more comfortable answering his questions. He seemed sincere about helping me find the best fit for me. The only thing that I would say that would be helpful is a friendly acknowledgement when a costumer enters the store. “ Hello welcome I will be right with you.” Other than that I am very appreciative of his assistance ( Saeed)

Signage was helpful in comparing the deals available while testing the comfort of each matress. Staff was available too for additional diagnosing and technical details in helping make a final selection from a short list. The selection provided a broad range of choices with new technologies making shopping very educational. PPE was also available.
