Purchased twin mattress and box spring for grandson. Decided to pick up instead of delivering with no problems. Found out we didn’t need box spring which was still in bag so was able to return. Daniel, our salesman, was awesome along with Chris the manager. Have purchased from Mattress Firm in past and will continue to do so in future.
