Wonderful experience. Came in to shop for a reasonably priced mattress/box spring for a spare bedroom. Our sales associate Bruce Miller was amazing. He listened to what we wanted and did not force us into looking at anything that didn’t fit our budget. However, he did provide great education on mattress technology and ways to help decide what options to choose. He handled my family and I with care which led to a purchase. I recommend this store to anyone. We plan to go back and explore options for another bed in the near future.

Our experience with Bruce at Mattress Firm was amazing. He was not just an excellent salesman. He’s just a great person. He was Very patient and knowledgeable about every product in the store. He took the time to answer all our questions. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured to buy anything. When the delivery was delayed. He contacted us and explained the delay. He also stayed in touch with us until our mattresses were delivered. He went out his way to ensure we were satisfied. Great customer service!!!! Thanks Christy and Kimani

The sales staff were very friendly and helpful with helping me purchase a mattress for my mom. She's an amputee, so she needs a soft bed. The price was very reasonable for the mattress I originally picked and the mattress I bought, which was a good quality mattress! Thank you Jamie for helping me!

I was greeted by Bruce… he was very calm and relaxed. He asked me what type of mattress I needed and if I had a price range. I informed him that I had a medical issue with my lower spine and I needed something firm with support. I let him know I did have a price range. I purchased a mattress from the clearance section and it was exactly the firmness I needed. I was able to negotiate the price with him and was very satisfied. Thank you Bruce.
