We went into the store today to "begin" our research and shopping for a new mattress, and met Zach. He was great. He guided us rather than "selling" or pressuring us, and we found exactly the deal we were looking for. It could not have been more pleasant! Zach really knows his stuff when it comes to beds. Our new bed will arrive this Saturday and my wife is thrilled. Happy wife -- happy life!
