Believe it or not I enjoyed my experience here. Andrew really took the time to show up each of the mattresses we were interested in. Explained the details and differences in each one. Even explained the difference between the higher priced mattresses to the lower price mattresses. Which was really helpful. The best part of all when we first came in he asked if we were just browsing or if we would like his help. No pressure whatsoever. Straightforward honest and very helpful. What I recommend Mattress Firm at this location? Yes I would.

My wife and I returned a set of twin xl mattresses that we tried out for a few months that were not working out for us. The sales woman that greeted us was very nice and a pleasure to talk to. She took the time to listen to our concerns and chose another set of mattresses for us. I just picked them up and I am lying on them now writing this review. The return / exchange process was no hassle and actually saved us a few $$$. The new mattresses seem to be the right fit. Thanks

Hey Guys! If you are in need of a new mattresses, go see Chris at Mattress Firm at Bandera Pointe. We were able to try out a few brands and decide on a nice mattress for our guest bedroom that didn’t break the bank! Also it was available for next day pickup! Chris was friendly, witty but most importantly was able to accommodate our needs! Thanks for helping us out quickly and efficiently! Also, I appreciated the DWTS jokes!
