Joshua Beckwith killed it! I just moved to Texas. And needed two Queen sized mattresses for my kids beds. When we walked in, I told Josh exactly what I needed and he showed me exactly what I was looking for. No hassle, no trying to sell me what I didn't ask for. I respect this man. This mattress firm has wonderful beds. King, queen, full, twin and even more on their website. Ill get my 2 year Olds Car bed from him through the online store! Very clean store, pleasant inside, very welcoming feel to it. They have a refreshment fridge as you walk in, that was a nice thought because it gets hot. Highly recommend this store when looking for mattresses. Also, we received a military discount. It doesn't get any better than this!

I purchased a mattress several years ago from Mattress Firm and recently decided to add an adjustable base. I called the store to ask if my mattress was compatible for a base and Tom looked up the 2017 purchase and confirmed. He made the process seamless with everything taken care of on one phone call. My salespersons name was Meagan. I had a figure that I want to spend but ended up buying a floor model. She was a very sweet young lady with professional skills in her position. I was already purchasing another mattress when she started talking about the floor model. If it was someone else trying to sale me that mattress I don’t know if I would have bought it. She never pushed the sale. She was very smart in knowledge of her mattresses at both stores. I met her at store 336 at the loop in Conroe, Texas, and I met up with her for the final signing on Monday the 16 th. I’m very happy with the my salesperson and happy with my mattress. I’m so glad she sold me the mattress. She’s very good at what she does. Thank u Meagan good luck sweetheart!❤️
