Spencer and David were very helpful in helping us pick our new mattress. They humored our indecisiveness between a couple of mattresses and swapped mutiple pillows out for us. I wish I could give 4.5 stars, the only .5 short is that we felt a bit hovered-over as we discussed an expensive decision.
