Great experience. I had not purchased a new mattress in forever. My salesperson, Matt and I discussed what I liked then I went through the mattress pairing process using the latest technology. Courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. We shopped there on a day when they had a substitute crew working, due to vacations. They were helpful, but unfortunately had the wrong mattress delivered.
