Had a great experience at this Mattress Firm location today. I work in this industry so I was partly an easy customer and partly a tough one, but the manager didn’t break a sweat helping me find the perfect mattress. Looking forward to the best night’s sleep since forever because I settled for a hand-me-down mattress over 10 years ago!! Don’t be like me! Liam commitment to great customer service is to be highly commended. He kept a smile on his face the entire time I was there and he kept a smile on my face. I told him what i was looking for and I was highly pleased with his professionalism and enthusiasm to fulfill my request promptly exceeded my expectations. She is very knowledgeable, patient and helpful with every customer that came in, cleared interested in trying to meet the physical needs and monetary limits each customer came in with.
