The gentleman that helped me was James very pleasant wonderful Customer Service very knowledgeable and very professional took his time didn't give me any stress on buying. James just was a kind , knowledgeable, and could tell me the comparisons of one another. The mattress has durability and wasn't just trying to sell me a mattress that was extremely expensive. The bed was on sale excellent value and price. I really do appreciate this James. I just truly commend him of his excellent customer service. He was so patient, not only that he gave me wonderful hospitality.I was stressing over cleanliness, I needed to clean my hands. He got me paper towels and so forth, a true gentleman. (James) this is an update thank you so much for my new bed. I am so happy it is absolutely so comfortable. The release that I will have from sleep. I will finally get sleep and not be in excruciating pain when I wake up. 👏🏼👌🏼 I really love my bed and it's elevated with the remote, so I will not stop breathing because I lay on my back. I have sleep apnea. Absolutely so comfortable, I'm in love truly a blessing from God . I recommend Mattress Firm across from Willow Lawn Shopping Center ask for James. Excellent and fast service. We came in knowing what we wanted, but wanted to try out the mattress before we bought. My husband and I bought the most expensive tempurpedic mattress knowing that a good nights sleep is worth any cost. We also bought the adjustable base to be able to sleep in 0 gravity position as we are both young but suffer from arthritis and general pain. Excited to receive our order in less than a week.
