We'll have our new split king adjustable delivered soon, but in the meantime I'd like to provide some feedback on the buying experience. We worked with Chris Elliot, he was very informative and helpful regarding project knowledge and showed us several options. I did look at two other stores and came back to Mattress Firm to make the purchase. Prices are very competitive and as a business owner, I really appreciated Chris's approach, no pushy sales stuff. We came looking for an adjustable bed for my husband who’s in a wheelchair and on oxygen. The salesperson, Clay, was extremely helpful and patient, and set up a bed to try. We were very impressed with the level of service we received and the accommodations, not to mention the great sale prices, that made it work. We look forward to the quick delivery of our new bed🙂
