Fire Water

Hector was fantastic. I have an RV. And finding something that fits, and is actually comfortable is a challenge. We went through everything that came in a RV King. And everything was just a foam mattresses. They had the most selections around. But, I needed something firm because of my back issues... And of course. The one I liked didn't come in the size I needed. So we came up with an easy solution. Because I only had 72 inches in width, and 8 in in height because of window sills. I could trim down the platform. And fit a queen size of the mattresses I liked. He also suggested I could Finance it since I spent a lot of money fixing my RV, that I just bought. Because it got hit by lightning. And wasn't covered by the warranty. So I can pay it off within a year with no interest. He even tossed in a free mattress cover. And would you believe it ??? They also have free home delivery. Wow. They even let me know when they were on their way and they were on time. I definitely appreciate the patience, and options you gave me. This is my second time dealing with Mattress Firm. We also bought a mattress three years ago from the store in Ocala. And trust me when I say Helina tried every mattress at least six times. They were very patient and wanted to make sure we got exactly what we needed. I don't think I'll need another Masters for a while but I will definitely be back when I do. Thank you very much, Todd T

It was good doing business here with Professional and Friendly customer service. When I bought my mattress and box spring here during the presidents day sale, the employee forgot to tell me about the Free promotional adjustable base as seen on the website . So, A few days later I called back and was asking about it and the employee said it was no problem – and helped me out by returning the new box spring for a full refund when they delivered the new adjustable base, all for free . I admit… I was worried that it would not work out so well , but they put my worries to ease and helped me out big time. Thanks guys… I really appreciate it :-)
