My wife and I spoke with the service rep named Marcus that was amazing. He has been doing it for approximately 4 months and went above and beyond to help us. Including learning on the fly about a leasing option called progressive that he has never done. Needless to say, after learning how the program worked we walked out with a brand new mattress because of him.

So my husband and I came in today and had Shawn as our sales expert!! Let me tell you first off he was the best! We have been looking for a bed for some time but never had the experience that we had today! We laugh, laid, and touched almost every bed on the showroom floor. Shawn took his time with us and not only that, but help us with the best deal ever!! Listen Shawn was God sent with a delivery from the Lord. Mattress did not perform as expected after 60 days, however a replacement was easily and graciously arranged. The salesperson who handled the replacement order on Sept. 7th was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
