We wanted to get our bed and sleep on it before we wrote our review! We worked with Brian with our purchase. He wasn't pushy, and answered all our questions during our visit. We told him what we wanted, and he gave us some suggestions. I just wanted a inexpensive Serta, but he said, try some of the other beds first and we did just that. My husband and I FELL in love with the Purple Hybrid 2. We both like the firmness and love that the Purple has the cooling grids! Well, we got it delivered and we set it up ourselves. Brian did tell us after we purchased the bed, that it may take a couple of weeks to get use to it. We've almost had it for a week and WE LOVE IT!! We don't need a couple of weeks! It's like sleeping on a cloud, it feels like the bed is gently hugging us!! I don't know how else to explain it! I wish I could give 100 stars for our experience, for Brian, because he's awesome, and for the bed! Thank you Brian!!

We had a great experience at the Joliet Il Mattress Firm today. We worked with a man named Eric and he was super easy to work with, straight to the point and very knowledgeable. Eric was also very respectful about where he stood when I was testing out mattresses considering I was wearing a dress. I really appreciated that. I will definitely recommend this location and Eric to all my friends and family!

Stopped in last week and Brian & Eric were so helpful. The mattress in our guest bedroom was so uncomfortable and creaked every time it was slept on. They were both so helpful and went out of their way to make sure they took care of us. They recommended a new box spring and gave us a fantastic price. Box spring was delivered and now our guests are finally getting a good night rest! Thank you Brian & Eric….it was a pleasure to do business with you.
