My experience at Mattress Firm was great! The minute my wife and I walked in Steve was determined to help and educate us every step of the way. He was knowledgeable and on point with every recommendation. We told Steve what our budget was and what we were looking for and he literally took it from there. At the end, we ended up with the perfect mattress for our bedroom. I used to be skeptical of these places, but not anymore. It will definitely not be our last time at the Mattress Firm in East Hanover. Steve and Donald (Manager) were simply awesome! Thanks guys!

Very nice a friendly staff! I wasn’t really sure if I wanted to keep a firm mattress or go with something softer and they were able to offer side-by-side comparisons for numerous brands. No crazy attempts to upsell, they just explained which brand cooling features, had memory foam layers, and things like that. Would definitely shop with them again!
