The salesman, Stephen, was great. Not only did he have patience with my husband and I, but he offered several options that were reasonable. Stephen was very informative about the mattresses and adjustable bases. Overall…smooth, easy, and great experience. We didn’t feel rushed or like we were asking too many questions. Stephen was pleasant and funny!

Needed a new bed, one that is adjustable, I met Alex; at first he asked me questions about the purchase, I got somewhat annoyed because I thought I knew what I needed but style and bed designs have changed since I last purchased a bed. Alex was very patient with me while I tried out several beds and I went back a few times; one one occasion I met Steven who was also patient and knowledgeable, describing the construction and layout of different styles of mattress.These guys know about sleep and mattresses, I have a unique sleep pattern and these two guys were able to make me comfortable by selecting the right base and mattress to suit my condition. Should you need a new bed go and meet with Alex and/or Steven you won’t be disappointed.

The Gentleman Stephen provided Incredible service, Friendly, Knowledgeable, Kind and attentive ! Although he had multiple clients at the time, he was able to help us and provided in depth knowledge of all products in store. Went in to look for a mattress that I saw on the website. Though I wasn’t able to find the exact model I was looking for, Alex was very friendly and helpful in finding similar options for me to try. After asking a few questions about my sleeping habits, he gave suggestions on what kinds of mattresses and pillows would suit me. I ended up ordering a mattress through Alex and the process went very smoothly.

We stopped at two separate locations and both sales persons were outstanding. Both Seamus and Michael were knowledgeable and very accommodating with their time. We spent about two hours with each. Highly recommend Mattressesfirm just because of the level of training they give the team!!!
