In June 2019 we bought a $3600 mattress that absolutely broke our backs. We never thought we can swap it out till recently a friend told us we can. When we went to the store in Sept of 2023, we were met with a very friendly and knowledgeable associate by the name of Vishaka. She spent the time we needed with us to pick out a promising winner for a mattress AND explained to us the opportunity to exchange/return if we're uncomfortable with our purcase after sleeping on it. Although we were not able to get some sort of reimbursement for what was purchased in June of 2019, Vishaka was professional, informative, and personable. I would definitely go back there!

We walked in and Robert immediately introduced himself but let us Rome the store till we were ready for his help. Robert was extremely knowledgeable, easygoing and great listener. My wife and I differ on many things but by listening to us he was able to find something we were both happy with. Not only do I recommend Mattress Firm on Route 17 in Paramus, but make sure you ask for Robert. 5 stars isn’t enough for the amazing patience and service he gave us. Thank you Robert.

Abdeslam “Abdu” was very knowledgeable and helpful; able to explain everything regarding our choice & why it would benefit us to get the 10 yr warranty. Normally, we find extra warranties to be a waste of money, but this time it wasn’t a huge rip-off & made sense. I highly recommend him and this store/establishment. We bought a king Sterns & Foster with the adjustable base w/lumbar support & massage features. We can’t wait to take our first of many, wonderful nights of sleep on it.

Mark was very professional and helped me to choose the bed perfectly matches my need. I really liked his polite and sincere manner. I ordered my bed on Saturday and it was delivered on Tuesday. Super fast delivery! Mattress Firm gave me the delivery arrival time on Monday afternoon ( I was also able to check the status online) and they gave me one more call 10 min before the delivery arrival time. The delivery crews were also nice and helpful. The whole experience with Mattress Firm was very pleasant. Thank you so much for the great services!!
