Our experience was excellent! The sales representative was very thoughtful and considerate. He gave us plenty of space to look around and think about stuff. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products and genuine. He gained our trust quickly and made the sale. The delivery team delivering our new bed was very efficient and friendly. They were in and out in 10 to 15 minutes.

This review is based on my shopping EXPERIENCE visiting 3 Mattress Firm locations, since I've only had the (Queen Beautyrest) mattress for about 5 hours now. My personal shopping and mattress pickup experience was 5 star. I was greeted pleasantly at all locations (main store, closeout store, warehouse). Time was taken to answer all of my questions, and I was not pressured to buy something I could not afford. I took 2 days to try out different mattress while "Rick" (salesman) was courteous and helpful both days as I tried out various styles in my price range. Rick was quite knowledgeable and helped me understand my choices. At the end of my two day mattress search, I was treated well, I'm happy with my mattress decision, and would definitely return to do business with the people I encountered in the NE Portland MF locations.
