We were greeted immediately by Greg, who was super courteous and professional. Greg did not rush us while asking open and close ended questions to learn about our mattress needs and what we are experiencing, seeking clarification throughout. We had an idea of what we were looking for, and he gave us numerous options. Greg also helped us explore additional issues with our current setup with the bed frame and provided solutions. Everything was smooth and effortless, and we both agreed that we will come back for future needs.
