I had the most patient and friendliest sales rep ever! Megan helped tremendously in the purchase of a bed with the adjustable base--my first time to purchase a bed of this type. She clearly and patiently went over all of my options to help me decide on the final product. Was very pleased with my experience. The delivery experience was likewise very good. The delivery personnel showed up a little earlier than expected but that was okay. They very quickly and expertly set up the new bed and didn't leave until I was satisfied everything was in good working order. Will definitely purchase my next bed from Mattress Firm.
