Allen has been amazing. I ordered some pillows along with my with my king size mattress and the pillows did not come in correctly. I called mattress firm local store and Allen has been efficient and kept me up to date to get the order straightened out. Not to mention he was not even my sales person he still went out of his way to help satisfy and resolve a customers situation. I would highly recommend anyone shopping for mattresses to go shop at mattress firm for amazing sales personnel’s to amazing customer service. Great Job

Yesterday I made a trip to Midlothian Mattress Firm just to get some pricing. Not my first trip as the Mattress Firm. The mattress I'm replacing was also purchased from them about 10 years ago Peoria, AZ. I met James. An easy going, kind gentleman. I knew changes have been made to the industry but whoa, information overload. James took his time, explained the details of each mattress I was interested in. He didn't push or rush me along. He took his time, answered my questions and gave me time to let it soak in. I asked more questions. He answered them all and thankfully I walked out happy with my purchase. An additional surprise was the awesome deals I received during their Black Friday sale. I'm ecstatic with my purchase and would recommend Mattress Firm and James to anyone who's needing a new mattress.

Jerry Kinion was our mattress specialist. He was knowledgeable about every mattress we asked him about. Was very patient with us going back and forth between 3 mattresses and was professional in finalizing the sale and getting our mattress delivered within 48 hours. We thought we were going to spend the day going from mattress store to mattress store. However, with Jerry’s expert knowledge we made it a one stop shop at Mattress Firm, Midlothian. Highly recommend.

I originally did not have a great experience with them. But, was called back in to the store to make it a great experience. I cannot remember the male salesperson's name, but he made everything right. I did not do enough research on the product, so I was not happy with it once I saw it on the bed. He made another suggestions and it worked out perfectly. I am pleased with the product and the service.
