We went in to look for a new mattress after using hand me downs our whole life. Rhonda was our sales woman and she was amazing. She didn’t rush us she joked with us and made us feel welcome. Unfortunately we did not get approved for the amount we wanted but regardless she ended up working with us and showing us our next best option! We tried this location first because of all the super positive reviews and they were all completely true! We worked with Adam and he was incredibly knowledgeable, totally patient and professional. The staff here are legitimate sleep experts, not just some kids that took a brief training course. We weren’t rushed or pressured in any way and Adam was able to work with our situation to get us on the road to better sleep as soon as possible! The manager was extremely helpful, friendly, and eventually led me to get exactly what I wanted. I didn't walk in planning to immediately purchase, but after some discussion with my partner, we really wanted to purchase with her. So glad I was able to get my finances in order and make the purchase! Highly recommend!
