Daniel was awesome to work with. He clearly explained the different mattress models, showed us the different features, and answered all of our questions. There was no “sales hype” trying to push us in one direction or another. He was more like a consultant than a sales guy. Will definitely buy from him again!

Talk to Shantal! She is great. Gives you all the info you need but also gives you space too. Do NOT talk to the other guy! He got everything I ordered wrong. Thankfully I got it all sorted out except the purple pillow I ordered (he ordered on the wrong size) I couldn't return because it was shipped to my house. But mostly a positive experience.

So far, Awesome!!! Picked a new bed, had a great experience, met a very good man, Daniel, who took his time, spent the amount of time that we needed, and let us alone, (no pressure). We did not buy the most or least expensive mattress, just the one we felt was the right for us. Just fyi, they are offering $300 in incentives on many extras in the store! Thanks Mattress Firm!
