We went to Mattress Firm because I have a bad back and I needed a mattress for better support. Josephine was absolutely amazing!! She set us up at several different beds to try out and did not push us at all to buy. Her expertise was a fantastic help!! I was extremely happy with the awesome customer service we received. My girlfriend and I purchased a mattress from here tonight and the manager, Josephine, was amazing! She was so knowledgeable and helped us find just the right fit. She took her time to explain everything but also allowed us some some space to browse the store and try out some other mattresses to compare.
