Happy we made the right choice to go to the mattress firm In Wayne. From the moment I walked into the store , Alexandra greeted me and my husband with warm welcoming and made us feel comfortable. Throughout the entire purchase Alexandra was patient with us and was not pressured at all. She went above and beyond to find us a great mattress and base at a great price. Alex was super friendly and professional from the minute we walked in. She was genuinely concerned for our time. She listened to what we were looking for and guided us quickly to a mattress, frame, etc that worked perfectly for us. We were able to schedule delivery very quickly and Alex made sure to explain all of our options without any high pressure sales. I e would absolutely recommend Alex and this Mattress Firm location and we will be back.
