Officially making this Mattress Firm my go to store. I've been looking at beds for the last week and in less than 15 minutes Jared was able to help me find a great quality bed in the price range I was looking to stay between. To be 100% honest, I ended up getting the more expensive bed because of information Jared was able to share with me. His knowledge for the products he selling is outstanding. I'm beyond happy with my experience and grateful to have walked into this store today which was my 2nd Mattress Firm to visit in 24 hours! THANK GOODNESS FOR GREAT SALESMEN LIKE JARED!!! He was patient, thorough, and very helpful. I appreciate him staying late to make sure I could bring home a bed for my 16 year old.

Ben was so helpful! He had a ton of product knowledge that ended up assisting us in making an even better decision that was different than the bed we walked in initially wanting to purchase. Ben treated us like family, this is our second purchase with Mattress Firm & we won’t likely want to purchase anywhere else for mattress needs! Wow!!! Let me just say, I was on a mission. To get my son a twin box frame. I reached the store almost as it closed. Computer shut down and doors almost locked. The gentleman there, forgive me didn't catch his name. But very helpful asked what I was looking for. He turned on his computer to search the inventory. And what do you know, yup you guessed it. They had one in stock! Paid and received a military discount! Yes that's right, Mattress Firm believes in America!! But seriously I was in and out, with the item. Thank you my son had a very good night sleep. It's places like this, and people like that that make shopping great!!! No rudeness and no up sales. Just took care of me, even at the last minute. Thank you for the help and experience. I will definitely go back, and buy from them again!!!

I called Mattress Firm located in Alliance Town Center after not getting a response from my online Warranty Request and was truly blessed by the young man who answered the phone (I can't remember his name it started with a R) he was truly a great representative for this company. After months of no response from my online Request, he scheduled an equipment inspection for the next day; I am still at a lost for words for how effortlessly he decided to take care of my needs even though I made my purchase from another store. I will get his name and report back.
