I'd like to add how great our experience was at this store and I can say it was all because of Michelle's help. I was so impressed with her willingness to help, I left and brought my wife in within the hour. It was a this point that Michelle once again made sure we had good information and lead us to a solution for our mattress needs. With the test, her knowledge and willingness to help us, our choice to purchase from this store was easy. It was a fairly busy time but she managed to get us to a decision and we are so grateful she did. She is truly interested total customer satisfaction. Your competition (mattress firm) was only willing to let us pick our mattress, the price range and buy something without concern for our comfort, so they lost our business. Dominic was EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE and HELPFUL at the store in Waxahachie, TX!! He was very personable and even called me out by my first name when I came back to the store for a second time. His customer service was amazing!! I was even able to witness how well he treated the customers before he was able to help me the 2nd time. What an enjoyable, easy experience!!! Michelle went above and beyond with her knowledge of the products as well as provided the best customer service I have experienced in my life!! I left beyond happy with the perfect mattress that I can't wait to sleep on every night!! Store is clean, has great variety, and as I mentioned before above and beyond amazing customer service reps!! Would recommend 10x over!!

From the minute I walked in, to the minute I walked out, my purchase experience was so much more than expected. Dominic and Cecilia were there to make sure I got all the information I needed to make a mattress selection. I had actually gone to another store and seen the exact same merchandise and was there to comparison shop but after being helped by the both of them, I didn’t have to think twice about making my selection at Sleep Expert.
